2 pounds chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
2 lemons, zested and juiced
7 cloves garlic, minced
⅓ cup sour cream
3 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons fresh or dry parsley, finely chopped
1½ teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper

In a 6-quart slow cooker, add in all your ingredients. Mix well.
Arrange the chicken so it is laying flat in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 5 hours.
Mix. Serve with rice and/or vegetables.
