HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN WINGS


INGREDIENTS :

  • 3lbs chicken wings, remove tips
  • 13cup honey
  • 14cup brown sugar
  • 3tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2tablespoons lemon juice or 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12teaspoon ground ginger

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Place wings on a greased baking pan (9 x 13) and bake 20 minutes. Drain fat.
  3. In a small bowl, blend honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic and ginger.
  4. Pour sauce over wings.
  5. Reduce heat to 400°F.
  6. Bake 40 -45 minutes, turning over the wings twice.
